Job Post for Sales Enablement Practitioner


This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Enablement professional to join an influential team in a fast-growing SAAS business, supporting and collaborating with the Sales Enablement Program Lead, Sales Operations, Global Sales Leadership, and their respective teams.


As a Sales Enablement Practitioner your work as an individual contributor will have an influence on the sales teams (business development, sales reps, sales engineers) ability to prospect and sell in a consistent and efficient manner, ensuring that new and existing processes, the sales tech stack and trainings are adopted and adhered to and that training needs are identified and trained.


Additionally, you should have the preparedness to work in a high-paced, agile environment, with expert attention to detail and have a burning desire to learn continuously.

You possess a passion for processes and development models for analyzing, designing, developing, delivering, and measuring learning programs, you have experience with training users on the use and adoption of the Sales Tech Stack and you are comfortable learning new technologies to assist driving the sales team forward.

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (Sales, Marketing, Teaching)
  • At least 23 years' experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, technologies in the field and good experience in writing and maintaining SOP/Process documentation.
  • At least 1 year Team Training/Coaching experience with strong capabilities in designing, implementing and executing training programs
  • A deep understanding of using and training others on the sales tech stack is required (Salesforce, HighSpot, Outreach, GONG, LMS).
  • Beneficial: project management experience.

What will I be doing?

Process Optimization + Documentation**:


  • Develop, maintain and update sales process documentation.
  • Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance the overall sales workflow.
  • Create training content and tests to ensure the team processes are embedded.
  • Evaluate results of initiatives to improve future iterations and report on these.
  • Work closely with sales operations to ensure tool flows support SOPs.

Training and Development on Sales Tools + Tech Stack**:

  • Have a deep understanding of the sales process, tech stack and sales resources to incorporate them into your assessment, coaching and training initiatives.
  • Conduct training for the sales team to ensure a thorough understanding and report out on these.
  • Collaborate/ assist in developing training materials, resources, and documentation to facilitate adult learning.
  • Leverage LMS platform to develop quizzes, tests, monitor completion and update report outs on performance.

Call Listening and Analysis:


  • Regularly listen to sales team calls to understand and ensure c
