We have an exciting opportunity for a creative Bid Coordinator to join a leading AJ100 Architecture practice in London.


This international award-winning practice is renowned for working on a diverse and exciting range of architecture, masterplanning, heritage and interiors projects.

As Bid Coordinator you will work alongside a team to help implement the bid submission andmanagement strategies for the practice.

They are employee owned and offer a great benefits package including hybrid working. They provide a collaborate working environment in which you will grow and develop.


Responsibilities include:

  • Produce high quality bid submissions ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Coordinate the bid and submissions process
  • Update and maintain the company bid library
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to produce proposal and presentation materials
  • Maintain internal database with details of bids and ensure bid metrics are regularly reviewed.

Key skills required:

  • Prior experience working in a similar Bid Coordinator role, preferably within the built environment
  • Advanced knowledge of InDesign
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
