Regional College Lead for Yorkshire
We are looking for a Trusted and Dynamic Leader, SEND and safeguarding experienced.
**Yorkshire
- Leading and working across 5 Campuses from Halifax to York. Remote and self managed diary working
- Term time plus rota of additional duties during College Holidays**
38 weeks per year (term time) plus 5 days
9 am to 5 pm with some flexibility
£40000 per annum

Responsible for the Campuses and directly managing Campus Leads:
Halifax, Bradford, Leeds and York, plus one additional Campus
Responsible for the leadership of, management, wellbeing and safeguarding of up to 120 students and 70 Team members
Duties and Responsibilities
They will take the lead on, amongst other duties:
Wellbeing of staff and students
Responsible for leading and Guiding your regions campuses, by leading and supporting your Regional Leads (T+L, student progress, RSL, Wellbeing), your EHCP coordinator, the Campus Leads and their teams to ensure the PINC mission, culture and values are consistent, policy and procedures are adhered to and student needs are being met.
Supported and responsible to the Whole College Lead and DSL.
Liaising with also and supported by our Regional Operations person and Digital Communications Lead
- Within your Regional College, duties include but are not limited to:
- Students
- HR
- Quality Assurance
- Operations within your region
- Compliance.
- Over see the enrolment process of your Regions students year on year
- Support recruitment and retention of students
- Support recruitment and retention of Team
- Ensure all stats and Data on your students and team are kept up to date
- Support CL's in their Campus development plans and the implementation of Improvements
- Oversee timetabling of Team and students
- Lead on your Regions appraisal system
- Attend Meetings as diarised/calendared with the Executive College Lead, your Lead Team and other Regional College Leads. Delegate and monitor and action.
- Create, lead on and update a Regional College Development plan
- Work with Campus Leads around cover for team member absences.
- Access Provision Maps and Class Charts Daily to get an overview of what's is happening within the campuses.
- Ensure information is correct in our central Mis systems (currently Provision Maps and Class Charts
- All elements of the KCSIE requirements
- Provide safeguarding support, advice and cover in the absence of the Designated Safeguarding and other Regional Safeguarding Leads or when instructed by the Designated Safeguarding Lead
The Yorkshire Campuses will expand during the employment of the Regional College Lead as we strive to provide creative learning pathways for more young people.

£40,000.00 per year
