It's all about your previous experience in personal injury claims and knowledge of the OIC.
You will be offered expert learning support to upskill and expand your claims and insurance knowledge to new heights

The responsibilities within this role will be to proactively process low level Triage Personal Injury claims received via the OIC and MOJ portals.

You will handle the claim to the conclusion of the liability decision-making period and maintain the claim files within service standards and be responsible for ensuring the reserves fully reflect the expected level of damages on each file.

You will also conduct detailed and compliant telephone interviews with customers in relation to their claim.
