It is essential applicants for this role must have high levels of credibility within their own industry sector and have a strong drive to deliver excellence and scale their business.

Requirements:

More than 5 years recruitment management experience.
A longstanding record of high billing and repeat business.
Demonstrable success and progression in your career.
Experience in leading and growing a recruitment team.
Indepth knowledge of a 'niche' within the recruitment industry.
Commercially minded, with strong business acumen and management skills and keen to further develop your business leadership capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Drive and passionate to be the best leader you can be.
Demonstrable management experience with a 'teamplayer' approach
Naturally able to maintain a high level of personal accountability, integrity and authenticity.
