About Doxa Partners
Doxa Partners manages a large family investment fund. We work in our townhouse office in Mayfair, London, and have for over 10 years. Our clients have been entrepreneurs for nearly two centuries, and are now in their sixth commercially successful generation.

We make wide ranging investments, including stocks, bonds, funds, private investments, and hedging derivatives. Our approach is empirical and structured (but flexible) and, increasingly, data driven.

Team Assistant

As our team grows and develops, we would like to find a Team Assistant who is bright, calm, organised, responsible, technophilic and resourceful to boost other team members by letting them focus on the jobs they are best at.

We hope that you will follow in the footsteps of our Business Manager, who joined as a Team Assistant less than 2 years ago and to whom you will report.

She has thoughtfully improved and taken responsibility for many business activities, including our internal Wikipedia, IT, legals, financial control, recruiting and people management.

We are open minded with respect to qualifications and experience but ask you to take our online test and if successful send us your CV.

Location:
Based in our London office.

Salary:
£27k p.a. plus £5k target bonus.
