We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail

Salary:
From £23,935.15 per year
