    Job Title: Privacy Counsel/Senior Privacy Analyst

    Role Context:

    The Data Protection Office (DPO) acts as a technical resource to Worley, providing advice and assistance with the practical consequences of complying with relevant privacy obligations.

    We are looking for a motivated and commercially perceptive privacy counsel/senior privacy analyst to join Worley's Data Protection Office team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Informing employees of their obligations under GDPR and other applicable data protection legislation.
    • Assisting in monitoring group companies' compliance with GDPR and its data protection policies and procedures.
    • Leading/Participating in awareness-raising activities and training of employees on their obligations under data protection legislation.
    • Ensuring transparency and permissions are implemented across touchpoints.
    • Reviewing Privacy Impact Assessments and vendor privacy risk assessments.
    • Maintaining Records of Processing Activities and vendor onboarding.
    • Working with the Legal team to review legal contracts and advise on data sharing arrangements.
    • Keeping informed of Data Privacy Law changes around the world.
    • Assisting in establishing data protection policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • Data Protection Compliance: Good experience of data protection compliance frameworks including GDPR.
    • Relationship Management: Experience of maintaining good relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
    • Project Management: Experience of working on data protection projects within a multinational business.
    • Personal: Strong organisational, communication, managerial, project management and administrative skills.
    • IT: Working knowledge of using software to handle data protection matters.
