28 days plus Bank Holidays
Additional bonus scheme (KPI orientated)
5 days a week
- includes Saturday work
Adecco Harlow are proud to be working in partnership with a family run, expanding business, who have just moved into brand new, modern facilities in Harlow.
With the move completed and the office ready to go, they are now seeking X2 Customer Service Representatives to join their small, close-knit team, who are raring to keep rapidly expanding over this next year.
In this role, you will be responsible for taking the inbound calls from customers, the calls will range from taking sales enquires to providing an outstanding aftercare service to ensure the customers needs are being met.
Responsibilities:
- Taking orders and payments over the phone and manage customers expectations
- Proving a firstclass customer service to all calls and resolving any issues.
- Providing knowledge answers to questions, this could be from pricing, products and it's availability.
- Face to face appointments with customers at the showroom if it has been arranged.
