About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service Team within the Repairs section.

Our Customer Service Team is a one stop shop for customers who wish to obtain housing information and advice, discuss or pay accounts, discuss any tenancy issues and report or obtain advice on repairs and neighbour/service complaints.

You will be dealing with a high volume of engagement from our customers, promoting our services and striving for customer service excellence.


About You

You will have experience of working in a busy call handling environment, have relevant administrative experience and have strong digital skills.

The ability to plan and organise your workload and work to tight deadlines is essential, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure.

You will be required to complete a satisfactory Basic Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
