Description
We are currently looking for Customer Service Administrator to join the team within our Leeds Service Centre.

As a healthcare equipment provider, Ross Care, part of the Millbrook Healthcare Group, work in partnership with the NHS to supply the necessary equipment and aids to support people in their day to day life.


The Role:

  • Assist and manage incoming calls in a high activity call centre environment, answering any queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Inputting and retrieving data from the inhouse computer system and verifying client details
  • Coordinating with the engineers out in field to pass on relevant information about emergency repairs in a timely manner.
  • Problem solving by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions
  • General administration that supports daily activities and duties
What are we looking for?

  • Strong experience in a similar, busy and fast paced environment
  • Relevant telephone based customer service experience
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous administration and diary management experience
  • Competent IT skills with Microsoft 365 programmes and ability to learn new systems

- £19,968.00 per annum
