New Product Development specialist

Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000

25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
5 hour week
Profit share bonus

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Work alongside Design Engineers to ensure all production and purchasing requirements are in place from initial conception to finished results.
Create New Product test procedures report results into management.
Develop jigs, fixtures and tooling for New Products and product manufacturing.
Provide specifications for Prototyping.
Complete project handovers from engineering to production and purchasing.
Liaise with external test bodies.
Liaise with suppliers.

THE CANDIDATE:

Essential

New Product Development experience
Lean manufacturing or production knowledge
Ability to read engineering drawings
Engineering qualification

Desirable:

2D and 3D CAD
