We at William Alvey C of E Primary School are looking for an experienced 1:1 teaching assistant is required to provide care for one of our children in Year am to 4.00pm.

Specialist 1:1 Teaching Assistant.

FT (32.5 hours)


_We are looking for someone to join our supportive and friendly staff who:_
- has experience of working in an educational setting.
- demonstrates knowledge of effective behaviour management strategies.
- has good written and communication skills.
- is qualified to NVQ 3 or above.
- has the willingness to be flexible with learning tasks throughout the day.
- has the ability to work closely with other members of staff as well as independently.
- demonstrates a 'firm but fair' attitude.

_Fluency Duty_:
