They are now seeking to appoint a new Managing Director to run their operation.

The MD will be accountable for overseeing the strategic and operational running of the business and for controlling and overseeing all business operations, people and financewith responsibility for the overall success of the business.

You will set the strategic direction of the business ensuring financial success and long-term growth.

For this role, we are ideally seeking an expert in recruitment who has had experience in running a branch or recruitment division and now seeking a leadership P&L role.

This is a rare opportunity to take over the running of a successful and growing recruitment agency and be a specialist within a large group structure.
