We are recruiting for AN EXPERIENCED Quality assurance manager to work for a Heathrow based aviation / freight company to develop and execute the company's process and quality management systems to meet customer requirements.
-
Experience required:_

  • COP, SOP creation / maintenance / training
  • Provide solutions and assistance to operations and sales on job issues and improvements
  • Attending meeting with regards to compliance and audits
  • Carrying out audits, training and keeping up to date with regulations within the industry
  • IR/CAPA Creation, distribution, and follow up on customer satisfaction / employee performances issues
  • Ensure and oversee that work is carried out to correct standards
  • Guiding staff the ensure they are familiar and up to date with regulations for quality
  • Knowledge with aspects of ISO
  • Full understanding of the company's products and services, mission, goals and business plan


You must have solid aviation experience within quality assurance and compliance, Human Factors, BA / BS OR equivalent work experience and have a strong eye for detail.

You will be handling high volumes of data and problem solving.

**You should have confident and polite communication skills to deal with internal and external customers and be able to work to deadlines and within time frames for the business.
