Our stylish hotel, which has recently reopened, boasts inimitable river the views and is situated between Lambeth and Vauxhall bridges, just south of the river.

The hotel hosts 142 bedrooms including 6 exquisite suites and 26 well-appointed Premium rooms.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and open-minded reservations Coordinator to join our small and friendly team.

Job Overview:


Under the general guidance and supervision of the Reservations Supervisor, this position is responsible for maintaining and maximising sales revenue within reservations.

Making sure reservation enquiries are accurately recorded.

To assist in achieving budgets and targets set for the reservations function and the overall budget, through the promotion of the hotel products and services.

Key Requirements:


You will be a positive, enthusiastic and resourceful individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to plan, prioritise, multi task and self manage, without constant supervision.

Flexibility, adaptability and attention to detail are also key requirements of the role and previous experience with Opera is desirable.
