Full-Time Estate Agent at Marton Office

We're seeking a talented and experienced Estate Agent to join our Marton office.


If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for bringing properties to market, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Bringing properties to market and showcasing them effectively to potential buyers or renters.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the buying or selling process.
  • Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional customer service.
  • Staying updated on market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in the real estate industry is essential.
  • A track record of success in closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the Marton area and surrounding neighborhoods is advantageous.
