Wakefield Council are recruiting for an
Adult Social Worker to join their
Connecting Care team.

£35 p/h

Please see below for Job description:
We are Connecting Care West, an adult social care team working with a multi-agency HUB.

We are seeking a Social Worker with experience of working with adults to joins us for a 3 month contract.

You must have experience of working with the Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005 in additional to the Human Rights Act 1998, Equality Act 2010 in addition to relevant Data Protection legislation.

You will have experience of working within a fast paced environment and managing a caseload.

You should have strong IT Skills.


You must have:


  • A professional qualification in social work and experience of working with Adults
  • Social Work England registration.
  • Post qualified experience.
