JA114- Internal Sales Executive

Location - Shrewsbury

Salary - £Competitive

Permanent - Monday - Friday

Overview:


Our client is one of the UK's leading wholesalers of specialist industrial repair and maintenance products to the manufacturing industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Developing strategies for increasing existing, new business and dormant accounts
  • Liaising with manufacturers to secure the best terms possible when quoting on large projects and seeing them through to completion and beyond
  • Dealing with and resolving any customer queries
  • Maintaining and growing your customer base by selling the company's wide range of products whilst delivering an unrivalled customer service, developing relationships, and encouraging repeat business
  • Serving customers on the trade counter
  • Occasional warehouse duties

Skills & Experience:


  • You must be confident, reliable, and punctual, be selfmotivated and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and a "can do" attitude whilst being a team player who enjoys a busy and productive working environment
  • You must have a proven track record of working telephone sales within the electrical wholesale, building or plumbing trade industry, be dynamic with a good sense of humour and a passion for achievement and success
  • Telephone Sales & Trade Counter experience
  • A motivational and dynamic person with attention to detail and pride in their work
  • A positive and hardworking attitude
  • Quick learner
  • Ability to work well in a small team
  • Flexible and adaptive personality
