Description
To assist the Account Management, Curriculum and Admin Teams to ensure that GLP training apprentices are recruited effectively to a high standard and in a timely manner.
KEY ROLES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Communicating effectively with employers, apprentice applicants regarding the recruitment process, assisting companies when adding vacancies to DAS (Digital Apprenticeship Service) ensuring they are advertised for Employers in a timely manner.
- To contribute and attend trade shows, employer events and promotional activities to support promotion of GLP training as directed by the Sales and Marketing team.
- Identify any support needs including medical needs during the signup process ensuring information is shared with the relevant support teams.
- Send out welcome information to apprentices prior to handover to Account manager.
- To act as a link between the Account Managers and employers after the initial sales engagement.
- To be willing to support the sales and account management team with administration duties as required.
- To provide a helpful and efficient service to all internal and external clients.
- To develop a good working and up to date knowledge of GLP training information systems such as BUD, HubSpot, and BKSB.
- Produce monthly BUD customer reports for Account Managers.
- To undertake such other duties as are commensurate with the grade and purpose of the post

Apprenticeship eligibility requirements:
- To not already hold an administration qualification at level 3 or above
- To meet course suitability and initial assessment requirements in English and maths
- To have the right to work in the UK and meet apprenticeship funding eligibility criteria

Salary:
£12,000.00-£15,000.00 per year
