We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven people to join our team who can support our Apprentices and Trainee Nursing Associates.

Someone who can provide pastoral support to apprentices in a person-centred way and maintain excellent relationships with employers will be needed.

The role will include the management and co-ordination of regular tripartite review meetings, ensuring that learning is taking place off-the-job and being applied within the apprentice's workplace in preparation for the end point assessment (EPA).


Knowledge of Apprenticeship programmes would be an important attribute of the successful appointee, plus the ability to work co-operatively as a member of a large academic team is necessary.

Any background understanding in nursing and healthcare is desirable, but not essential.
