Salary:
Upto £22,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits


Hours:30-35 hours per week Monday to Friday

What will you be doing?

  • Prepare disposal reports using Power BI and complete administrative tasks to ensure compliance.
  • Process purchase orders and sales orders, using systems such as Workday/Sage.
  • Carry out monthend reports, for Rochester Transfer Station and Canterbury Transfer Station, including raising disposal Invoices.
  • Ensure purchasing, invoicing, payroll, holidays, absences, output data, and workflows are all up to date and accurate.
  • Complete monthly disposal and haulage ticket reconciliation.
  • Ensure the accurate inputting of payroll and deal with payroll queries using SAP & Workday.
  • Support the Regional department with administrative duties.
  • Assist Contract manager in client meetings and responding to client queries.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong administration knowledge.
  • Experience using Elemos, Workday, Sage, Sap, Power BI, or Google would be preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers.
