Commercial Finance Analystfor a great
service business based in
Solihull. The role will see you play a crucial part in a large finance team.

Main duties of this
Commercial Finance Analystrole include:

Providing analysis on various projects and liaising with colleagues across several teams
Draw insights from data and present clearly to key stakeholders
Helps support decision making in areas such as acquisitions and disposals.
Assist with assessing and adjusting to everchanging projects to support the business needs and contribute to the successful implementation of the business plan.
Take ownership of the Asset Optimisation tool which is used to ensure maximum profitability for the company by helping choose the best sites for conversion to Managed. This tool must be delivered and maintained to guarantee the desired outcomes.

Location / Office / Hours

Based in Solihull, this business has Grade A offices, a flexible working culture, and are generally in the office three days a week, with two days at home.
