Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscape Technician to join our team. As a Landscape Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor environments.


Duties:


  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
  • Assist in the installation of new landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
  • Build and maintain hardscapes, such as pathways, retaining walls, and fences
  • Dig trenches for irrigation systems and assist in the installation of irrigation components
  • Operate power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks
  • Conduct regular groundskeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas
  • Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscape projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of various landscaping techniques and practices
  • Proficiency in operating power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
  • Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
  • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues is a plus
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type:
Temporary contract

Contract length: 4 months


Salary:
£20.91 per hour
