The purpose of the Quality First Team is to: _'inspire our people to put quality first for the benefit of our patients, staff and wider community by building confidence and capability in quality improvement.

To coordinate activities, project tasks and organize the resources to perform the activities and ensure that they run smoothly.

To take an active role during the development of project plans and schedules analysing these schedules and the onward communication of them to all project team members.

In addition you will have responsibility for delivery of small stand-aloneprojects or supporting work-streams within Programmes.
