The main responsibility of the Administrator is to ensure effective communication with external stakeholders regarding the children and young people we support.
Experience of working within a school / educational setting may be advantageous.
Description
The Administrator will be responsible for:
- Administration relating to service users
- managing confidential documentation including EHCPs, risk assessments, referral paperwork
- Attendance at Teams meetings with professionals
- Communicating with relevant professionals / stakeholders to obtain information
- Auditing and managing service user files
- Ongoing Compliance & Quality Assurance of information
- Collecting and analysing feedback from relevant stakeholders
- Managing service user attendance and creating reports as required
- Proofreading documents
- Creating templates
- Inputting, exporting and analysing data
- File management and creation
- Resource management
- Managing venue information and diaries
- Proofreading, collating and distributing reports
- Data Protection
- Planning and attending meetings where required minute taking, sharing of information
- Managing requests for website updates
Profile
The Administrator will have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- Strong administrative skills
- An ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine desire to learn
- Experience of working in an educational setting (desirable)
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
£17,890.00-£24,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
