Daily Tasks:


  • Account Management looking after large accounts with great relationship management
  • Cross Selling offering other sector capabilities to existing clients.


  • New Business

  • Attracting new clients to work with the company
  • Internal stakeholder management
  • Promoting the company story and achievements

Applicant Requirements:


  • 2 years of recruitment experience as a minimum
  • Experience in Business Development
  • A proven track record of success in the industry
  • A drive to grow your career and develop your skills
  • Effective communication
  • Good commercial awareness
  • Team player
  • A cando attitude
  • A hunger to succeed
