An exciting has arisen for a Account Handlerto join a well-established business based in
Chesterfield.


The role of Account Handler is a key role within a small team, with lots of scope to develop your skills and of course your career.

Duties:


  • Primary contact role for all business communications
  • Understand and identify the client's needs, handling with a proactive approach
  • Upselling of employers' products and services and identifying clients future needs
  • Working collaboratively with internal departments
  • Producing accurate cost calculations, providing quotes to clients for services
  • Creating template contracts for smaller onboarded clients
  • Completing administrative tasks and reporting requirements
  • Handling and monitoring KPI's and target expectations
