Purple Giraffe (AGY) - 13 week temporary probation role, with permanent position on successful completion of the probation.

The role will be day shift / backshift week around and on completion of probation there is also the amazing chance of an enhanced salary package plus excellent corporate benefits.

Week one will be 6am start Monday to Friday and will run to 2pm, then the backshift will be 2pm until 10pm.

There is optional overtime at peak times.

We are looking for someone who has genuine experience within the accurate bookings in and out of materials for stock and production.

You will be solely responsible for the monitoring of the flow of the materials in and out of the stores, exercising good inventory control.

We understand that we will receive a lot of people with Warehouse experience, and those who have used scanners or worked via paperwork, but for this specific role, you must have experience of managing the stock checks, working through the cycle counting and compiling of root cause corrective action analysis.

Due to the nature of this particular role, you need to have excellent pc skills, can work with MS packages, work with Excel and Outlook and be able to report to the management team about critical production inbound materials and for outbound deliveries working alongside the transportation steams, engineers and the warehouse and logistics managers.

It goes without saying that Health & Safety awareness and understanding working with managing stock controls keeping within budgets is essential.

We cannot consider anyone who has not got this experience as it is crucial this person who is successful can hit the ground running.

The above accountability and responsibilities are not exhaustive, and the Jobholder may be required to undertake additional duties/tasks that are consistent with the level and grading of the role.

The company is going through a spike of growth and we are looking to place this role before Christmas if possible.
