This is an exciting time to join our surgical nursing workforce as we further develop patient pathways.


We are looking for highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic senior nurse who is passionate about delivering high quality compassionate care.

You will need to be equipped with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. You should be an enthusiastic, innovative, highly motivated senior nurse leader to fulfil this exciting role.


Your key role will be to ensure clinical quality standards are achieved by providing inspirational and visible clinical leadership to the nursing and medical teams, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional patient centered and safe care to patients across the directorate.


You will support the matron who will be responsible for the professional leadership demonstrating a supportive and flexible leadership approach as well as a proactive, responsible attitude so promoting confidence in the teams and the services.
