Job Overview:
We are seeking a waitress/waiter to join our team.

As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Deliver food and beverages promptly
Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience
Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any inquiries or special requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:

Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant industry preferred
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Basic math skills for order processing and bill calculations
Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
Ability to work well in a team environment
Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively
