Contentious Private Client Solicitor - Liverpool - £38,000 - £50,000

A regional high street practice who boasts an excellent reputation in the Northwest are expanding their dedicated and passionate Private Client department and are looking for a confident, capable Contentious Private Client Solicitor to join the team in Warrington.

Working from their commercial base in Warrington town centre you'll be joining an experienced team working on an array of Private Client matters including, wills & probate, lasting powers of attorney, trusts & estates and court of protection matters.

You'llhave a solid background in handling contentious matters and Private Client cases from start to finish, ideally gained within a recognised team, be ambitious, keen to be at the forefront in the development of the contentious element of the team and the departmentoverall.

This is your chance to engage with your clients on a regular basis and have real face to face contact, to ensure that you can build long standing relationships and generate future business.

You will be actively encouraged to get involved with business developmentactivities and vitally important in driving the department forward.

You should be a qualified Solicitor (guideline of 2-5yrs PQE) and be passionate about providing your clients with the highest level of service acting for a supportive and rewarding firm, who encourage people to progress and offer real long-term progression.
