Description
The Field Care Supervisor performs a variety care duties and some administration duties.

The Field Care Supervisor provides care for Clients as required, supports Care Professionals in their role within the Clients home and assists the Care Support Team to provide the highest quality service to Clients.


The Role

  • Support Care Professionals in their daytoday role
  • Provide quality introductions and support with medication.
  • Provide care for Clients as required.
  • Provide support to the Care Director and the Care Team in all aspects of the business.
  • Being part of the On-Call Rota
  • Answer telephones calls in a polite professional manner, passing on clear messages and actioning messages where appropriate.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Maintain and uphold company standards and ethos.
  • Ensure compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy, in respect of employment and service delivery.

Person Specification

  • Able to demonstrate dedication and ownership to complete allocated work tasks.
  • Good clear telephone manner with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good planning, time management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Goal Orientated and an ability to cope within a fastchanging environment.
  • Smart, professional appearance

Essentials:


  • Must have clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service).
  • Driving licence and use of a car on a daily basis
  • Must have experience in office administration. Good understanding of all Microsoft office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) and using a variety of technology.


The Field Care Supervisor works 5 out of 7 days on a rota system which will include some weekend work.

£23,000.00 per year
