For more than a decade we have been retained by over 70 of the Fortune 500, empowering them to identify and attract the very best people.
Our sourcing solution is an extension to our clients Talent Acquisition function delivering management level hires at pay grades typically in the range of £40,000 to £120,000.
As a result of new business wins and long-term extensions to existing agreements within our Oil & Energy, Consumer Goods and Engineering clients we are looking to appoint a Recruiter on a permanent basis with flexible office (Southampton) and home (UK) hybrid based working arrangements.
Role Details
This opportunity would suit a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer keen to work with the largest clients across EMEA.
Instead, we work on a retained basis with established clients across EMEA and your role will be firmly within the Delivery of accounts.
As a Recruiter, you will work with multiple clients on multiple roles - as an example, working a Technology role one day and a Sales position the other.
Depending on the client, you could be working high-volume roles where you will have high submission targets to work to, whereas other clients can have a slower end-to-end process.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively pitch employer value proposition and specific opportunities to passive talent.
- Maintain accurate and wellordered online documentation of all interactions and recruiting activities
- Provide regular data and analysis on progress throughout the identification and hiring process. This should include commentary on any anomalies, obstacles and ongoing review of sourcing effectiveness and engagement activities.
What we are looking for
- At least 6 months' recruitment experience we will give training and mentoring
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to work up to 12 roles concurrently
- Organised
- The ability to work in a fastpaced environment on roles in multiple sectors
Salary:
£28,000.00-£28,250.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Southampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
