The Company
This company is one of the market leaders in Plant hire. They are looking for someone to join the business as Internal Recruitment Consultant. You will be supplying operatives in to HS2 project. This role would be perfect for someone who covers any blue collar sector in recruitment.

The Role

Provide a proactive and effective resourcing solution to the business and be responsible for recruitment processes from conception to fulfillment.
Conduct briefings with hiring managers and key stakeholders to fully understand recruitment needs and advise on resourcing strategy.
Booking inductions, medicals and assessments and managing the calendar.
Site visits
High volume call handling

Construction,Rail, Industrial or Engineering (Blue Collar) recruitment experience
