About The Role:

As a market leading pharmaceutical wholesaler, Alliance Healthcare has a vacancy in the Midlands for a Business Mentor working within our Alphega Pharmacy team

Alphega is an established membership organisation which provides expert services and advice to independent pharmacies across the country.

With over 1100 members, we have been tirelessly supporting our members throughout the Covid pandemic during a period when the critical role of retail pharmacy has been recognised.

Alphega Pharmacy has been on front line throughout helping to care for our nation


About You:


Your role will be to help implement the Alphega market strategy, the delivery of KPIs including member recruit and retention, revenue and compliance measures and to coach the membership on how to maximise the profitability of their business in a time of financial uncertainty within the sector.

As a national brand you will be responsible for supporting our members to ensure that the Alphega brand image is maintained


This is a unique opportunity will require an individual with superb interpersonal /communication skills, coaching / mentoring experience and you will be very well organised.


Whilst not necessarily from a pharmacy background, you will most likely have a multi -site experience within the retail sector.

You will have the ability to analyse financial data, using common software and to be able to communicate reasoned conclusions.

Whilst mostly working on your own, you will be part of a very close knit team of Alphega Business Mentors who have a vast amount of experience in the sector who work very closely together
