Education Welfare Officer

Location:
Crawley and surrounding areas

Salary from:
£28,000 per annum, depending on experience

Full Time - 5 Days per week, Term Time Only - School Based

Plus benefits:

Due to company expansion, we are seeking to recruit Education Welfare Officers to work in Crawley and surrounding areas.

SKILLS
Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to liaise with Headteachers and other Senior Staff

Mediation Skills

Ability to use IT including Word and Excel.

APTITUDE
Ability to work to deadlines whilst under pressure

Ability to work with a variety of people under a variety of circumstances.

Ability to work flexibly

Ability to lone work
