BramahHR are hiring for an Executive Assistant to join one of our long-standing clients. Are you currently an EA/PA looking for a new challenge? Are you looking for a tempoary role and can start immediately? If so, take a look at the role below


Responsibilities:


  • Maintaining the schedules of the CEO, setting up meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and helping them deliver events.
  • On behalf of SLT, work on and participate in the planning of important initiatives and events.
  • Support SLT with highlevel, private administrative and secretarial services.
  • Note take for all management meetings.
  • Answer staff questions and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • To ensure the efficient operation of office functions and the delivery of events, effectively collaborate with other office members.
  • Purchase supplies for events and keep complete records.
  • Upkeep of SharePoint.
  • Offer a welcoming, approachable, and courteous service.
  • Perform any other tasks that SLT may properly request of you.
  • Keep all confidential information and sensitive materials.
  • Manage the office staff on a line basis, including probation.

Skills/Experience:


  • Experience of working as a PA/EA in a large organisation.
  • Knowledge or experience of SharePoint.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Highly literate with excellent written and oral communication skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm


Salary:
£12.00-£16.00 per hour
