Description
,The role:- Assess students' academic needs and develop personalised lesson plans to address those needs.
- Creative and thinking outside of the box in order to deliver fun tailored lessons
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children/adolescents in a classroom.
- Familiarity with special education, early childhood education or adult education and practices.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents/guardians.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Experience in lesson planning and developing educational materials.
- Knowledge of Autism and Neurodivergent profiles to maintain a productive learning environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field (preferred)
- Experience or qualifications in special educational needs and disabilities SEND (preferred)
- Relevant certifications or credentials (e.g., teaching license, tutoring certification)
- Excellent references
