Description

Working Hours - 5 days - 10 hrs per week Monday to Friday

Ideally suited to those with their own transport

To facilitate our cleaning to deliver cleaning solutions to our tenants and clients within our soft services portfolio. The role entails coverage of a small commercial office building cleaning the communal areas, lifts and washrooms/shower rooms.

Responsibilities:

Vacuuming, sweeping, buffing floors
Dust skirting ledges, sills, fittings & fixtures up to 2.0m
Empty wastepaper bins and refuse receptacles as necessary
Specific site cleaning - Toilets, communal areas, offices and litter picking
Remove any cobwebs from all light fittings, ceiling lines and walls
Stock and maintain cleaning supplies
Follow Health and Safety Regulations
Holiday & sickness support
Report faults to maintenance team/management
Additional duties where required

Activities

Carry out specific requirements for site in line with Virtual FM Cleaning Services Audit Program, site-specific cleaning specifications and COSHH regulations.

Additional support may be required to support with reactive cleaning works as they present themselves.

Preferred Skills

Working knowledge of COSHH regulations and cleaning advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given to support this role.
Previous cleaning experience is essential
