Description

Career-Bridge Recruitment are working with a commercial facilities management company who are based in Devon who are looking for a Plumber to join their team.

You will be carrying out PPM & Reactive maintenance in commercial and industrial properties around the Newton Abbot, Exeter, Torquay and Plymouth.


Duties

  • Carrying out PPM & responsive maintenance tasks within industrial and commercial buildings
  • General plumbing maintenance tasks
- fault-finding on domestic hot and cold water systems

  • Installing new plant equipment
  • Knowledge of ACOPS L8 and Legionella monitoring would be advantageous, although full training will be given

You will need

  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating
  • Driving licence
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Participate in an out of hours stand by rota. (Approx 1 in 12 weeks)

- £34,000 per annum

  • 30 days holiday
  • Company van and fuel card

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£34,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
