Our Finance department are based in Accrington where we provide support to our Services and Registered Managers so they can provide the best care to the people we support.

The team are responsible for the payment of suppliers, debt collection, cash book management, management accounts and payroll.

Due to a period of significant growth, National Care Group are currently recruiting for a Full Time Sales Ledger Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collate information for each area to produce spreadsheets for what needs to be invoiced including which service area, customer to be invoiced, name of individual, property address and invoicing dates/periods.
Raise Sales ledger Invoices in finance system
Check and review Invoice Control to ensure accurate invoicing of service provided
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Solid team working skills
Selfdisciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
Experience of Excel
Previous Sales Ledger Experience
Knowledge of Accounting Software
Ability to work to deadlines
Experience of Open Accounts desirable
