Description

The role:

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the design and creation of visually captivating videos, including animations, typography, and motion graphics.

This role demands a keen eye for detail, creativity, and technical proficiency in video editing and animation.

Working within a dynamic and expanding digital team, your main role would see you working in After Effects and Premiere Pro, but skills in the Adobe Suite are advantageous.

There will also be opportunities for filming and the production of other forms of digital media for multiple channels.

Working collaboratively with the Digital Producer, you will help to outline, design, and develop projects and put forward creative ideas that align with the brand and drive forward key initiatives within the business.

This role will be a mix of office and home-based working, depending on business needs.

In this role, you will:

Be able to manage multiple projects and work within set deadlines
Be responsible for editing, creating and assembling video and accompanying assets
Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
Take ownership for the quality of the content produced/designed that's requested from key stakeholders across the business
Utilise and seek out new and innovative software to enhance projects and production processes, including the use of an AI video platform
Consistently push boundaries to evolve the quality, style and tools used when developing content for audience consumption
Ensure all content that is produced is aligned with the brand and values of Lifetime
Contribute to lead generation through the experience enjoyed by accessing and consuming the content produced for employer partners and marketing
Report to the Digital Producer and keep them updated on current projects and bandwidth to ensure time sensitive deadlines are achieved
Contribute to the wider team with support and ideas to deliver business needs and goals
Build sustainable relationships across all functions through engagement
Be able to adapt to time sensitive projects

Specific Skills

Strong experience in video creation, editing and animation skills and knowledge
Ability to be thorough and pay attention to detail
Knowledge of computer operating systems, including Microsoft Office, Adobe After Effects & Premier Pro
Knowledge of what makes engaging content
Ability to be organised and selfmotivated
Ability to use your initiative
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
