This is a hands‐on role focused on client servicing, project delivery, and operational support across eCommerce programs.
You will work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to learn, assist, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive client growth.
This role would suit an organised, energetic and resourceful candidate looking to develop and sharpen their account management skills.What You'll Do Drive the day‐to‐day management of a portfolio of client accounts, helping drive growth and operational excellence across Amazon, TikTok Shop, other marketplaces, and social commerce platformsOwn client communications, account execution, and campaign delivery across marketplaces and social commerce channels, including TikTok Shop.
Contribute to the development of marketing plans, promotional calendars, and account‐level initiatives for light‐touch clients, helping implement client direction and providing recommendations based on experienceMonitor client accounts, analyse reporting, and highlight actionable insights for Account Managers and internal teamsHelp execute projects across media, creative, retail, and social commerce teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality under guidanceCollaborate with internal teams to implement best practices, process improvements, and operational efficiencies, supporting rather than leading initiativesCoordinate client and internal meetings, capturing key discussion points and tracking action items to ensure follow‐throughStay up to date on Amazon, TikTok Shop,, and other marketplace/social commerce updates, trends, and best practices; share learnings with internal teams to support account workAssist in client onboarding, training sessions, and internal knowledge‐sharing initiativesParticipate in agency‐wide projects, thought leadership, and business development support where relevantWhat We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in digital media, eCommerce, marketing, or related fields.
Some experience or familiarity with social commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, in addition to Amazon and other marketplaces.Strong organisational, project management, and communication skills.
Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and supporting senior client contacts.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights across multiple channels.
Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within a fast‐paced agency environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to support client and team deliverables.
Positive, proactive, and client‐focused attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
