Eastleigh

£26,000 - £30,000

Monday to Friday

Active Recruiters are pleased to be recruiting for our well known client based in Eastleigh that are looking to recruit an Project Coordinator to join their growing team.

This role will be ideal for someone who is able to take ownership and use initiative.

Ideally you will have worked in a role involving projects, seeing them through from start to completion or a role with similar responsibilities.


Role Overview:


As a Project Coordinator you will be the go-to person for planning, using Excel as your trusty tool, and ensuring that everything goes to plan.

Liaising with clients regularly with a friendly and positive attitude, building on existing and new relationships.


Duties include:


  • Processing quotations
  • Liaising with clients on project deadlines.
  • Forecasting of future and existing business.
  • Dealing with new business enquiries.
  • Working closely with internal teams.
  • Update account information.
  • Prepare salesrelated documentation such as contracts.

Ideally you will have:


  • Experience in an Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Be able to think outside the box.
