Junior In-House Recruiter


Location - Cheltenham (Central)


Working Pattern:
In-office, with hybrid working options to be discussed during the interview. You must be able to reliably commute to Cheltenham for this role.

About You:

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic resourcer to join our in-house team.

You will have minimum 3 years experience already (ideally in-house), and are looking for a new challenge in an innovative and high growth sector.

The role will focus on sourcing high calibre talent to join our business across all areas, from energy traders and market analysts to software engineers, project managers and numerous roles across the corporate functions.


What will I spend my day on at Noriker?

  • Supporting the team to achieve fulfillment targets and meet recruitment KPIs to support ambitious company scale up.
  • Contribute towards effective marketing and social media campaigns to build a strong company brand and attract talent.
  • Understand technical job briefs and write compelling, detailed adverts

What skills will I need to succeed in the role?

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a resourcing role (Inhouse would be preferable)
  • A good understanding of multiple methods of sourcing talent across different platforms
  • Committed and resultsdriven
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organisational & prioritisation skills
  • Be able to improve recruitment process to become more efficient and effective

What is our interview process?

  • All of our CVs are reviewed by the people in the recruitment team
  • If there's a match, we'll invite you for a 30 min screening call to allow us to get to know each other better
  • The next stage is an inperson interview with a team leader and senior management, we may ask you to prepare something for this one too
  • We'll try and get all of this done within 3 weeks
