SEN Classroom Support -Cardiff


We are looking for a SEN classroom assistant to work within a school to provide an environment which prepares the pupils to be confident and happy.

The school delivers an education of high quality where everyone is valued following a broad, appropriate, and stimulating curriculum, which challenges each child and enables them to succeed.

You will be working alongside the teachers to give these children the opportunity to learn and develop to their full potential within a positive and nurturing environment supporting them to become capable learners.

The school has a highly creative multi
- sensory curriculum so will be essential to support the children to become enterprising, creative learners which will guide them to become confident individuals to succeed in life beyond school. The children are aged 3-19 and have a range of additional learning needs. These include autism, ADHD and varied other complex needs.

  • Support each child individually mainly on a 1:1 basis.
  • Always be proactive and use your initiative.
  • Help teacher to set up activities.
  • Always come with a smile and attitude to make the children's day.

What will we do for you?
- £11.85 per hour/ £77 per day

  • Part time hours
  • Cardiff based.
  • Weekly pay
  • No weekends
  • Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
  • Working day 8.30am 3.30pm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
