REED Finance are delighted to bring to market and exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Financial Controller, to join a market leading and growth focused organisation.
You will be working in conjunction with the Board and Senior ManagementTeam to contribute to the overall success of the business and the achievement of the business objectives and results.
A strong people manager would be preferred, as there is responsibility to look after a large team. You will have responsibility for the accountingfunctions of the UK business units incorporating all statutory and financial accounting processes.Responsibilities include:
- Monthly financial accounts including balance sheet
- Overseeing financial teams across the business
- Monitoring the risk register and internal controls
- Ensuring adherence to financial framework
- Monthly and annual profit and loss and balance sheet reconciliation
- Balance sheet control and forecasting
- Management Accounting
