Store Manager who has experience working within a management and team leadership role within a fast food restaurant is required to join our team at Supermac's, Ireland's largest and fastest growing indigenous fast food restaurant group.

SALARY:
€35,000 - €40,000per annum + Subsidised Accommodation + Benefits (See Below)

LOCATION:
Ireland Various Locations (including Dublin, Cork, Galway and Limerick)

PLEASE NOTE:

This position is based in
Ireland and you will be required to relocate from the UK or Europe to Ireland.

We will provide immediate subsidised accommodation on your arrival in Ireland.

You must be a UK / EU / EEA Passport Holder

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Store Manager who has experience working within a management and team leadership role within a fast food restaurant.

Working as a Store Manager you will provide overall leadership and supervision to the entire staff of the restaurant to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for your individual store.

The Store manager directly supervises assistant managers, training coordinators, and staff at unit level.

You will also conduct business on a daily basis as if acting as an individual owner of that particular restaurant.

Support from the area manager is given when needed to facilitate alignment of goals with that of the overall company, however, as the Store Manager you will largely dictate the specific restaurant leadership.

Within that scope falls many key functions suchas budgeting, staffing, training, community involvement, inventory control, labour control, etc.

DUTIES
Some of your key duties as a Store Manager include:

Provide the overall leadership and supervision to the staff of the restaurant to ensure that the restaurant meets and exceeds the targets set for your individual store
Provide quality products to our customers by building a system of quality with team members which ensures each delivered product meets Supermac's & Papa John's standards and accurately reflects the customer's order
Within that scope falls many key functions such as budgeting, staffing, training, community involvement, inventory control, labour control
Take the lead role in managing recruitment, selection, placement, training and development
Build and maintain high sales and profits
Investigate and respond directly to customer complaints
Conduct in house appraisals in a timely fashion leading to a personnel development plan for all employees
Ability to plan and prioritise
