Rural Surveyor - Cumbria
***Beach Baker are delighted to be working in partnership with H&H Land Estates to recruit a Rural Surveyor (up to Associate level) to be based in their Kendal office, operating across the South Lakes region.

This role is a unique opportunity to work with the North's leading chartered surveyors, estate and letting agents and valuers to advise and support clients on land and property related matters and to assist with the overall strategic business plan.

Working within a multi-disciplined consultancy, you will have the opportunity to undertake a diverse range of work or specialise in an area you most enjoy.

It is an exciting time to join H&H, as the business grows and evolves to meet the changing needs of clients.

The office will be moving to larger premises in the near future to support ongoing growth.

The Team

You will be based in the Kendal office in a team of 11/12 whilst also working alongside the Land Agency team across the business.

The Land Agency team offer an extensive range of professional services and bespoke advice across a wide portfolio of work, from help with environmental schemes and grant funding through to various types of property valuations.

The Position
You will be providing a professional service to the clients of H&H Land and Estates including:

Advising clients on any property related matters as required
Preparing professional valuations on behalf of clients, banks, legal representatives as required
Advising on all aspects of the purchase, sale, letting and development of rural properties
Managing assets on behalf of clients, including operational management, rent reviews, work schedules, budgets, project appraisal and project management
